Return Policy
Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside of sale or flash sale periods.
Non-Returnable Products (Hygiene-Critical)
For strict hygiene reasons, the following categories are not eligible for return: caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items such as stickers.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging. Items with perfume, makeup stains, sweat, pet hair, or odors may be refused.
Return Refusals
We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, stained, or spoiled (unless the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect).
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If you received a defective or wrong item, please email unboxing video(s) and clear photos via our App or Website. Our Customer Experience Team will review and assist. Submissions without unboxing proof may delay or impact eligibility.
Return Charges and Refunds
Return Fee
A single reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund—not per item. Standard shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as credit to your 3rdjerseyteam Wallet (via WhatsApp/app notification). Wallet credit can be used on future purchases and is not refundable to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Fee
For COD orders, a reverse shipment charge of ₹100 applies per exchange request.
Price Difference Handling
If the exchange item is higher priced, please pay the difference via a prepaid method.
If the exchange item is lower priced, the difference will be credited to your 3rdjerseyteam Wallet for future purchases.

Return & Exchange Process
How to Initiate
Start a return or exchange through the Website or App and follow the on-screen prompts.
Review & Approval
Requests will be reviewed by our Customer Experience Team. Once approved (typically within 48 hours of your request), we will proceed with the next steps.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickups are only arranged after approval from our Customer Experience Team. Please ensure a secure, original-like packaging to avoid transit damage.
Refund Route
Refunds for both COD and prepaid orders will be credited to your 3rdjerseyteam Wallet.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are possible only before dispatch from our warehouse.
Sale & Flash Sale Orders
Items purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Additional Non-Exchangeable Items
Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits, Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, and Shorts are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

- Loose seams or stitching
- Fabric discoloration or fading
- Uneven dye application
- Excessive pilling or fuzzing
- Misplaced or missing embellishments
- Severe wrinkling or creasing
- Tears or frays along edges
- Any noticeable defect impacting the look or function
Not Covered
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Alterations or modifications after purchase
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Fabric breakdown due to harsh chemicals or extreme environmental exposure
Tip: Always follow the care label to extend garment life and preserve color/shape.
