CONTRACT
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or message, followed by a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or there are supply issues, we may provide information about substitute items of similar quality and value.
If you choose not to accept the substitute, we will refund the full amount you paid.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
While 3rdjerseyteam strives to fulfill every order, exceptional circumstances (such as stock issues or logistical problems) may require us to refuse an order after the Order Confirmation has been sent.

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order as indicated in the Delivery Confirmation email or, if not specified, within an estimated timeframe of up to 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen events or delivery location factors.
Delivery will be considered complete once you or a third party authorized by you signs for the package at the address provided.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices listed. However, errors may occur.
If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.
If we cannot contact you, your order will be automatically canceled, and any payment made will be refunded.

RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers can initiate a return within 15 days from the delivery date (for orders placed outside sale periods).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain product categories, including caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stickers.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3rdjerseyteam reserves the right to reject returns that appear used, washed, soiled, or damaged (except when the damage occurred prior to delivery).
If you receive a defective product, please email [email protected] with clear images of the item.
Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged for return.
Since we rely on third-party logistics partners (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC), a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 may apply.
Products purchased during sale events or clearance sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All transactions and agreements shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
INVOICE AND TAXES
An invoice will be provided with your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return (excluding sale orders).
Refunds will only cover the product value, not delivery fees.

WALLET – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The 3rdjerseyteam Wallet can only be used for purchases made on 3rdjerseyteam.com.
Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used in offline stores.
GUARANTEE & RETURN PERIOD
Customers can return Supima products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants, and Black Utility Straight Fit Pants within 15 days of purchase.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and proof of purchase.
3rdjerseyteam offers a 3-month performance guarantee on specific collections (Supima Tees, Wide-Leg Sweatpants, Sporty Straight Fit Pants, and Everyday Joggers) covering up to 50 washes.
Defects covered include stitching issues, fading, print imperfections, and fabric quality inconsistencies.
Damage from misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear is not covered.
Once verified, 3rdjerseyteam will arrange pickup within 7 days and bear return shipping costs for eligible claims.
Customers can opt for a replacement or a refund to their 3rdjerseyteam Wallet.
FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES
3rdjerseyteam prioritizes your safety and reserves the right to decline returns suspected of fraud or policy violation.
All returned items undergo detailed inspection to verify authenticity.
Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to appropriate authorities.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
